The next box I received for the new year is from Secret Scent Box which is a UK based fragrance sample subscription box. I love receiving the boxes as they always introduce me to new fragrances and the samples are ideal for travelling! You receive three 3ml samples within each box which should last for one month.
Calvin Klein CK Be
The first fragrance is from a well known and well loved brand, Calvin Klein. The fragrance notes are as follows: bergamot, juniper, mandarin, mint, magnolia, peach, freesia, jasmine, sandalwood, musk and amber, phew. In my opinion, the fragrance has a very clean, fresh and subtly floral scent that I absolutely love. I’m a massive fan of clean, fresh scents with musky notes and this one ticks all the boxes. It’s a unisex fragrance and I’ll definitely be picking up a bottle in the future!
Ralph Lauren Woman
Next up is a fragrance I haven’t heard of before from Ralph Lauren. The notes include: pear, rhubarb, blackcurrant, tuberose, orange blossom Turkish rose, sandalwood, hazelnut and woody notes. I haven’t heard of a fragrance with hazelnut notes before! The perfume has a very floral, musky scent that I do like but it is fairly generic.
Davidoff Cool Water Woman
Last but not least is a very well known fragrance but actually one I haven’t sprayed before! The notes are as follows: watermelon, pineapple, lily, blackcurrant and woody notes. It’s a very fresh, summery and clean fragrance that would be perfect for summer days but I definitely prefer the Calvin Klein scent when it comes to fresh or clean scented fragrances.
