Today’s review is a little late but I’m going to be reviewing the January Secret Scent Box. As with the others, there are three 3ml spray samples within each months box. The brands within the January box include: Elizabeth Arden, Ted Baker and Hugo Boss. Sometimes the boxes can be a little hit or miss but I love all three fragrances in the January 2020 box!
Elizabeth Arden Mediterranean
The first is by Elizabeth Arden, a brand I haven’t tried much from. It contains the following notes: peach, plum, mandarin, wisteria, orchid, magnolia, amber, sandalwood and musk. It’s a very fresh, delicate fragrance that would be perfect for the upcoming spring months.
Ted Baker Women – Limited Edition
Ted baker is another brand I haven’t tried much from but I always love the look of their products. The fragrance contains notes of green tea, ginger, lily, jasmine, amber and sandalwood. It is a very soft, sweet and fresh fragrance that is gorgeous! It’s very clean and feminine so I think it would make a great spring/summer casual perfume.
Hugo Boss The Scent Absolute For Her
Lastly, a new scent from Hugo Boss. It contains notes of honeyed peach, coffee, vanilla and vetiver – such a unique collection of notes. This one is definitely the most unusual and dividing of the three and I don’t think it will be for everyone but I like it! The other two fragrances are crowd pleasers but this fragrance is more unique and unlike most perfumes in my collection.
