It’s been a while since we last reviewed Socks In A Box, but I’m pleased to say that they’ve just renewed a subscription with us so you can expect some reviews of their brand new designs!
So what’s changed since last time? Well the eco-friendly, bamboo socks are still the same fantastic quality as before, but there’s more of a focus on the environment as they have changed their delivery boxes to a much smaller and compact box. This helps to cut back on the amount of material that’s used, and they are also made from recycled fibres which can be recycled again. As the box is much smaller than before, your socks will arrive in a letterbox-friendly, eco paper envelope which is widely recyclable.
The prices for the gift sock subscription are £22.50 for 3 months, £40.00 for 6 months and £75.00 for 12 months and delivery is free on all orders. So the price per box starts at just £6.25 and there’s no charge for a gift message to be included in the box.
For every order placed with Socks In A Box a pair of much-needed socks are donated to a homeless charity as part of its “socks for good” initiative.
Here’s the pair that we received this month.
Made from a composition of sustainable bamboo, nylon and elastane, these Men’s socks are suitable for sizes 7-11 (UK sizes) and they have a soft and comfortable feel to them. I love the bright and colourful polkadot design with the block accents on the heel and hand-linked toe. The elastane adds a little stretch and durability so these will last longer!
