These white chocolate Chestnut Kitkats have the perfect flavour for autumn!
This month’s drink is Canada Gry Peach Ginger Ale which is both fruity and warming, perfect for chillier days.
More fall flavours with Apple Pie Pie No Mi. These little bitesize flaky pastries are filled with chocolate flavored with apple custard.
This cute package is Disney Tsum Tsum Bitesize Choco which are little cookies filled with chocolate.
More chocolate here with this chocolate-filled large cookie, a King’s Crown Chocolate Cookie. It’s even shaped like a crown!
Mont Blanc Shimi Choco is another delicous chestnut snack. These are little crispy corn stars which are soaked in chestnut flavoured white chocolate, and are both rich and light.
These Sweet Potato Caramels are a flavour exclusive to Japan. They’re little hard candies flavoured with sweet potato, a popular autumn Japanese snack.
Puffy Sweet Potato Chips are incredibly light and crispy sweet potato snacks, and are made from sweet potatoes grown in Tanegashima.
There are lots of gummy sweets in Japan, and these Juicy Gummies are in the popular grape flavour.
This month’s share pack is Japanese BBQ Scone. Four little bags of crunchy savory sticks, rather like Nik Naks. Delicious.
The kenosei snack are Bisco Sandwich Snack. The filling of these little sandwich cookies contains lactic acid to aid digestion, and has are very creamy with a slight tangy flavour.
This month’s DIY candy kit is Ramue Soft Ice Cream. Of course it’s not actual ice cream, but a powder that is mixed with water to produce a ramune-flavoured cream, which is then scooped into mini cones.
Here’s my favourite snack, an Umaibo! This crunchy corn puff tube has a Vegetable Salad flavour, and it’s really remarkably convincing!
Finally, this Yakisoba Taro Snack. This is a dried noodle snack flavored with Yakisoba sauce.
What a brilliant selection this month! I love the autumnal flavours, especially the chestnut. Chestnut is a favourite flavour of mine, but you don’t find it often in the UK, so these things are going to be a real treat, especially the Kitkats! The peach ginger ale is inspired, and is an amazing flavour combination.
The Mont Blanc Shimi Choco are also delicious. I’ve tried several flavours of these before and they’re amazing, they melt in the mouth and are definitely one of the nicest Japanese snacks I’ve tried.
This box is the perfect example of really well-thought-out flavours for the time of year.
