YumeTwins

YumeTwins is a monthly box of Japanese kawaii products from Tokyo. It is part of the TokyoTreat subscription box group which also includes TokyoTreat and nomakenolife.Each box contains 5 kawaii items including plushies and lifestyle goods plus premium anime brands.

They have one-, three-, six-, and 12-month subscriptions costing $35.00, $33.50, $32.00, and $31.50 per month respectively (from around £25).

YumeTwins X Kuromi Exclusive Christmas Plushie. This is the major item this month, and is a fantastic plush exclusive to YumeTwins. Kuromi is dessed like Christmas elf for the festive season, and not only is it a cuddly plush, but also a clever bag!

There’s a zip on the top and an adjustable long strap so you can throw this cute plush over your shoulder and use as a fun bag to carry your things around in with an extra festive vibe.

Kawaii Disney Playing Cards. One of several possibilities, these cute playing cards are perfect for family game time on a cold winter night.

YumeTwins Exclusive Sanrio Holiday Cushion. Another exclusive item, this cute little cushion features all your Sanrio favourites in a cute holiday scene. It’s not a big cushion, but it also features a hanging loop so you can use it as a larger feature of your holiday decorating, or just to rest your head on.

Kirby Shooting Star Figure. This cute little model of Kirby on his star is lovely to put on your desk or shelf.

Kirby Moisturizing Cream. This soothing body cream has a lovely peach scent, and it also comes in one of several limited edition collectible tins which can be kept after the cream has been used. This one is from Okinawa. It’s a bit of a crossover with the Nomakenolife box, as one of these tins was in the May nomakenolife box earlier this year. It’s still very cute though!

The Kuromi plush is easily the most impressive item this month! I love the Christmas elf costume, and the addition of a zip and a proper long strap makes it an incredibly fun accessory. The holiday cushion is also very cute, and even though it's quite small it could still work well for resting your head on the sofa. And of course the plush is very large, so there's only so much space in the box! I like the cards, every home should have playing cards and these are certainly a cute design. The two Kirby items are cute, and the cream is actually very nice to use, though I'm less keen on the little figure. Again, it's cute but there isn't really any use for it, and Kirby doesn't feel festive or appropriate for a Christmas theme like some of the other items. But that aside, it's very cool to have two exclusive YumeTwiins items, and this is a nice selection with a seriously standout plush, perfect for Christmas!
